1. There are deductions In your salary if you forget to regularize. Forget your one day salary you won't get it back. 2. They have laid off huge amount of people in 2023 3. Travel policies are worst. You won't get advance on time. Also there are many deductions on your own travel reimbursement from the finance. 4. Sr Management is a rubber stamp. This is a family business only family members are getting promoted. 5. Management is insensitive and inhumane 6. Even if you are visiting abroad from company's end. You have to bear the cost as the company won't provide you proper travel reimbursement. 7. Some managers are only interested in girls and they are very partial. 8. Zero professionalism, no employee friendly, money minded greedy management 8. Can't recommend this toxic working environment to anyone....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
