adaptability, More learning opputunities, proper support and guidance from team members and manager is given,Very helping nature whether it comes to work or leaves related issues.There is also a lot to learn and showcase our talent.

Dislikes

Would want immediate and proper attention from the concerned cpac for the submissions.

Work Details

Working on job requirements from portal.Analysing/screening the candidate's data from resumes posted and submitting it in the portal of the client.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
