Still, I do not find anything good about the company

There is no work-life balance, Management expectation is to dedicate 24 hours to the company employees are expected to work in there are not shifts, and shift timing is so odd without any reason like morning at 5 am, and afternoon at 12 pm. If your logout is 9 pm the next day your shift might come 5 am. So you will get only 5 hours of sleep and have to come office. While hiring they will tell you that it monthly rotation but after joining you will understand that shifts are changing every 2 days. There is no bound but here's the catch When you sign the HR handbook there is a rule that you can't leave the company before 6 months or you have to pay 1 month's salary The JD they add for hiring and actual Job role are East and West. No help and no management. Whenever I stuck into any problem, instead of getting help from senior colleagues, I am told to find answers on ChatGPT, So the person who is better at writing prompts is more capable at work rather than the person who actually has skills or wants to improve, and the thing is that higher management is not aware of this at all. This happens a lot, and I hardly ever got a positive and helpful response from seniors. There also seems to be favoritism where some seniors support to their favorite juniors or the people from their hometown. The whole scenario leads to no career growth. Lacks in professionalism.
