There is no as such work load.

Dislikes

Not a organisation it is basically a school where higher authority are the principal themselves. No time flexibility they will call you any time for any silly reasons. They don't treat employees as a human but as a robots, there is no security for girls they don't provide free transport also don't provide any help in need. The company and its authorities are extremely rude. No career growth. Also other day other rules. New polities according them no standard guidelines for every employee.
