Even though there are fixed timings, employees are still encouraged to work late or take work home. Management takes up last minute work and oversells, putting extra pressure on the bottom level employees. Level of learning depends on your manager. Appraisals are fair and promotions happen every year, but the increments aren't great</mark>. Sometimes, you will need to work on weekends and many times work late at night to meet deadlines. Work from home is available on 2 days of the week, but whether you get this privilege or not depends entirely on your manager (many managers don't want to give employees work from home)....Read More

Team Pumpkin provides decent salary and appraisals are given on a timely basis. There is an ample opportunity to learn but it is through self-grooming only. The agency gives a platform to prove one's calibre. There were some morons during my tenure however, 85% of the team has changed now. Work timings have always been flexible....Read More
