I had worst Interview with sr HR sourcing Manager from Time lease Q: What is your total Exp? A: I have 6+ years of experience in Team Lead and Recruitment Q: What is the strategies of sourcing the candidates? A: I said"we can go with job portals, Internal Referral, External Referral and Field Recruitment" .....then he started tolaugh and He talks a lot about my personal experience with his bad recruitment experience(he absued my tone voice and start to laugh with his colleagues). I felt disrespected and belittled by his unperfoessional behavior. It was clear that he had no interest in a meaningful conversation or in understanding my professional expertise. Despite the challenging situation, I maintained my composure and tried to steer the conversation back to the topic at hand. However, his dimissive attitude and mockery made it evident that this interview was nothing but a waste of time. It was disappointing to enounter such unprofessionalism from someone in Senior HR Sourcing Manager Position. The interview experience with TimeLease was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. The Senior HR Sourcing Manager I intracted with exhibated a complete lack of respect and courtesy throughout the entire process. When discussing my experience and strategies for sourcing candidates, insted of engaging in a constructive conversation, he resorted to mocking and belittling me infront ofhis colleagues. His behavior was not only unprofessional but also deeply disrespectful. It was evident that he had no regard for the interviewee's feelings ot the purpose of the interview itself. This kind of conduct reflects poorly on the company as a whole and raises serious concerns about the work culture and vlues at TIME LEASE. Based on my interview experience at TIme LEase, It seems like Time Lease may not prioritize respectful and constructive interactions with potential candidates.
