It's been 4 months I have joined Teamlease, I havent faced any issues, Manager is quite supportive in terms of work, helping the team for any sort of issues,motivates the team to perform better, helps the team to upgrade to the next level learning new skills & flexible work timings.

Nothing as such.. I haven't experienced any dislikes during my tenure so far.

They do not follow any TAT still my F&F is pending and its more than 60 days now. DO NOT EVER JOIN THIS CONSULTING FIRM OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE IN GREAT TROUBLE AS THEY NEVER PAY ON TIME.

I had a very bad experience working with the Arvind project at Wipro, especially since we were working with a third party. There was a lack of respect for employees, and both the HR and the company's SR person were not professional. I would not recommend working on this project.

Nothing I wasted my 2 years due to family situations I tolerated everything now I shifted with double time salary not same field. Telecom if u join in team lease you need node and u should have double face. If u work hard and having high integrity this place not suit for u. Toxic work place too much back bitting
