Team Computers provide training to their engineers, there is job security and the work environment is good. The main thing is the salary gets on time.

Dislikes

I cant see growth in appraisal in-spite of job perfection and working hard.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
