There is no proper training and they will not assigne the work and in end the manager will tell you don't know the product. I joined as PS and they made me to work in support for 4 months by saing there is no bandwidth. And they will tell u done know the product in end. No groth.

Before Teachmint, I have worked in MNC but the learning which I made in teachmint is incredible. Here in teachmint , I get the complete ownership of the product which I am developing. Being a startup, things are very fast here. But if you work hard and give your best then you will get a lot of recognition. Co founder directly communicates with developers and praise them for good work.
