Dear anonymous, We sympathise that your experience had not been favourable during your work tenure. It's evident that you do have a few misperceptions about the feedback process because the request from HR or seniors have always been to give feedback, not specifically labelled as good or bad, but then after we could not expect any better from you when during your work you could not differentiate the right from wrong. As about lectures, it’s understandable if you’re crossing the limits in terms of humiliating others to prove your point, you will be reprimanded based on the evidence and circumstances. Somewhat like what you are doing now and getting responded to. There has hardly been any instance when managers have been unwilling to help out employees with any issues, unless it has become a repetitive issue and deliberate mistakes making them lose temper in rarest cases. But even then, it has always been for your improvement, and resolved on immediate basis that includes spending extra hours to groom you as well as wait for your files. We hope you understand responsibility of submitting accurate works instead of whining about extra working hours, as even if that had happened you have never been alone to sort the same, equally the team has been there to make things right and arranged backups as well that you forgot to mention. About easy or difficult works, we hope you understand that it is subjective from person to person, and as has been always states any work easy or difficult assigned must be delivered with proper quality and responsibility. Even then if something has been difficult, are you sure that has not been to boost your skills or you have given it your best to do the work and not deny? As about your other observations, we can foresee your becoming a script writer in the future with such vile imaginations that is far from the truth. Lastly the reason you can be proven wrong is because of your remarks are invalid, and indeed if you are saying something immoral or untrue, anyone with sane mind will rectify your perceptions. Kudos to your over expectation that after throwing shades, you believe you will be left scar free; it’s like you are free to attack but the opposite party cannot defend; it’s simply laughable. Nevertheless, we wish you all the best for future and expect you do well elsewhere, and realise your dreams and utopian workplace. Regards,
