I like that Teach FOR India is working towards the removal of education inequality and They work without partiality means just do not focus on one child who is good in studies and move ahead, they do work with all the kids and clear their doubts and provide good quality of education.

As I had worked with Teach For India as a volunteer, I was wishing to have merchantdise to me but they are still in work to send it to me on my address they mailed me They are still are in work. so ya :) By the way this is just a thing I will like to change and All the way TFI is best in all other things.

The work culture is extremely biased and toxic. It is unhealthy how no employee has a voice and they show otherwise.

Empathy and approachability amongst staff members. Good training for skill development. Good networking opportunity.

Sometimes, the school environment is disabling. The staff doesn't do much about it as it may spoil their relations with the school. As a result the fellows suffer.
