Ahh, this is something I can talk about. Confused leadership right from local level till global. Multiple changes in organisation structure and that too every 6 months. Biased local leadership. Typical Indian mindset, micromanagement, favouritism, politics. Major leadership roles are hired through personal contacts.

The channel director has no vision of the business what needs to be done but he will on all around the places without any result driven approach. Never join Channel Business department.
