There's nothing to like about this company except my reporting boss who supported me whenever I required his assistance and give his team flexibility to work and understand team's concerns and issues. They hire people to work for them as consultants and not full time employees by blocking their salary

Dislikes

There's not a single thing to dislike about this company. Starting from the beginning, the attitude of the MD who think that he is the God and can do anything he wants. He treats his employees like nothing. He just want results without caring about the well being of his employees and ruin their happiness by blocking their salary. There is no job security in this company, if you can perform every month and don't have the need for salary then you can definitely go there for timepass otherwise I would strictly advice please do not waste your time and energy in this organisation.
