Completely unbalanced system is here. Some people get salary increment and some don't get even single salary increment after 2 year of joining. No skill growth and no benifit to those who work hard. Only selected employee get benifits. Any time company can change its policy no matter employee can face problem due to this. Complete culture is like as a lala company.
