Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! All Colleagues at the same platform so the bonding will be awesome. Everyone will work and contribute to achieve the targets and desire KPI.

Dislikes

No structure in the hierarchy with the years of experience you have. No proper salary structure. Variable pay is much higher. Some allowance are paid annually and you need to approach to get the allowances paid to you.

Dislikes

No any value of the Founder member only dominated and harassment continued. No any appreciation of cost saving project. Bosses only dominated in front of juniors. I am very unhappy about the treatment.
