No work appreciation and appraisals. No work-life balance is possible at TCY, as they demands for availablity 24x7. Overstretching and pressurizing the employees due to poor manpower in their centres. No backend help provided incase of any unseen situation whether it is personal or professional. Pay is for 9hrs but u don't get any extra compensation for the extra time being put on for the work. Zero appreciation....Read More
