The company has been doing great in market, yet they've never been really thoughtful about employees. I had been working for one of the most reputed Client, and we've been doing really great, do not actually get the point how I always end with bad appraisals. over 2 years i got 6% and then 7% hike, I surely deserved better. Employeeperks #Worst :- I never got a technical training and that's probably the worst thing that happened, because i ended landing in a process and struggled a lot to learn and grow 1.
