TCL has its own technology Products from China are excellent Colleagues are good

Dislikes

Office location is terrible. TCL is not able to manage its business in India currently. Various cost cutting measures have been implemented starting from unavailable bathroom tissue papers to travel to achievement incentives, everything you can imagine. Upper management sets unrealistic expectations/targets and expects to achieve it. No marketing budget, no expenditure on promoting its product line-up, cannot understand how customers will be aware. Products is good, service is not up to the mark, but it is getting better....Read More

3-yrs worked at TCL....But I just love the way management moving towards. Incentive is too impressive...Salary on Time, ownership, reliability.
