I worked as a Resident Engineer, but they have a policy that every vendor(3rd party payroll) should have work only for 2 years . After 2 years everyone go for cooling period (3 months). In cooling period they doesn't provide any salary. They didn't informed me before joined the TCL com pany. So in that case 3 months no work no pay. After 3 months I am again eligible for a new employee and can go for an interview again, its may be same post or if any other post is vacant. Its so ridiculous policy....Read More
