They will pay you average salary but parellaly they will start considering you as slave.

Dislikes

Lots Of Mismanagement, Favouritism, Unethical, No value for work, Worst work culture ever, they will start considering you as slave as they pay Incentives, no process, No leadership, No proper data analysis and decision making ability....i won't recommend any employee to join TCL.. Better sit home and find someother company.

Work Details

Pathetic, no backup, no leaves, no space for personal lofe, bosses will disturb you on leaves and weekends, No work appreciation, Only Favouritism works here, Whole year you will have work pressure, No proper management to look after workload on employees

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
