1.Being a 3rd Party Logistics company we have to work under customer and get treated as a slave rather than business partner. 2. Own management will also not support you at point just to please customer. 3. Initial growth is Ok but later growth will only depends upon how you butter and keep upper management happy. 4. Work Details

1. Shift time depends on Project. General timing is 12 hr shifts and even have to work on Sundays and night shifts if required. but over all work time is 4-5 only. 2. Most employees at below level are not that educated so thought clash common.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
