TCG Media has a fine work culture, though the team size is average but colleagues are helpful and knowledgeable. Provides opportunity to the freshers, as a result, I was hired, since then I have been learning a lot.

Dislikes

Though everything is fine but working weekends are a mood off.

Proactive and prudent in terms of working. Work culture is pretty fine, great place to work to establish skills and grow as well. Few years back, referred someone, though she was a fresher but now she is polished and working exceptionally fine with them. Has a lot to offer in terms of diverse opportunities.

Dislikes

No dress code, sometime people come like they are straight coming out of their bed. May have to stretch working hours once in a while if needed.

Nothing, a pathetic, pathetic place to work at. The 'CEO' was an idiotic man whose only need in life was for people to respect him by calling him 'sir.'

Everything from work culture, lack of editorial knowledge, shady and highly low (not to forget refurbished) content, not missing any chance to humiliate, insult and bad mouth the employees on a regular basis, lack of documental procedure, false allegations to use as an excuse to terminate an employee; the list is endless.
