What's not to love about this place? There are absolutely LOVELY people around.The teammates. Ah!They are well mannered,well cultured,well educated. The garden is neat and clean and beautified every once in a while. The shifts are flexible. Leave giving practice is leniently monitored. Employees here make the company their second home! I received training on ultra high-end instruments. They don't send you places.NOWHERE.The lab becomes your world! What else does one want? Money.Growth. There's no career growth here. Appraisals happen.But you don't get to see any increment! Promotions happen quite rarely. No overtime payments. Weekends are packed with work.

Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
