Overall a big failure platform to work. A kind of a very slow old fashioned outdated work culure and mentality. Too much leg pulling and most important PAN india job, no stability, works like a border soldier, its better to join Indian army instead TCE.

Overall 01 ranting, in my opinion the growth rate is not good, if you can polish, than it will be win win situation. Security, it totally depends on your state, caste, language majority of peoples. Culture, some one must have the ability to speak atleast 5 national languages.

Dislikes

Well, in my words i would like to suggest that, please avoid supporting same state or caste peoples, lets give a chance to national peoples because we all are working as a team to build strong nation. No cast or language partiality, treat everyone as same and please use Hindi as a communication language while on works rather speaking other states language.
