Quality services department of TPL, permanent employee who are sitting at the top management are very relax, they are only makes run the agency employee and contractual employee. They are even not pickup your phone if they don't have work with you, this for all departments. They even don't bother about what is happening in their sites, who is working good, they believes only polishing. If any body gets opportunity from agency and contractual, plz don't go with only names. You may do anything for the clients only attendance and billing is required. i always see my friends who comes in this types from mid-level company and after some months searching for another jobs....Read More
