Still they didn't disclose the interview result. They kept the application on hold after 3 month of technical interview. only word from the hire manager is " Your position is kept on hold, we will call you once the said position is open". So terrible.

Growth oriented environment & support from PM/RM, however, poor compensation, work life balance.

Salary is not comparable to what other companies are giving, Way of Working is extremely poor for some BUs, you may get a call in late evening even if you are on your honeymoon. Managers speak what their seniors instruct them, but then they don't think while saying. No training or even induction to new joinees, HR is extremely pathetic.
