Nothing to like about TCE. Frustrating Place yo work with

Dislikes

Reporting managers are not supportive Do not have good projects Nobody will help in your work Always try to stretch work time and ask to come on weekends. Work pressure high as they do not have sufficient resources Benefiting to only few people No proper appraisal Trainings are just to show on timesheet, there is no sense of suchtraining Nothing in induction They not even support in leave approval Worst place to work Do not come by seeing just Tata Name TCE dont even deserve to be a Tata's firm....Read More

we can say it's a manpower supply agency, no customer service, no employee welfare, no life, company policy varies employee to employee, company policy not applicable in some projects, layman are working in head quarters, tea serving boy got promoted to HR dept at Pune office,

Hire process were done at specified time.

Dislikes

Still they didn't disclose the interview result. They kept the application on hold after 3 month of technical interview. only word from the hire manager is " Your position is kept on hold, we will call you once the said position is open". So terrible.
