Company have good vision but Mr. Zenabdin & Ankit Gupta Director and senior manager has spoiled work life balance and promoting toxic work culture among all Operation teams

Dislikes

TBO is the first MNC company of this world who has 6 days working office now Mr. Ankit Gupta has stopped even Sunday allowance as well as he was paying this amount to his pocket

I would say overall was good experience !

Dislikes

I believe company will overcome this hard situation asap and will definitely progress some aspects in future which I felt weak may be due to the new startups eg:proper training and fixed working system .

Work Details

handling offline group queries including hotel ,transfer ,packages and meeting requirements

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
