1. Indians have no scope to reach to Management position because they are occupied by Chinese 2. Salaries and Promotions at senior level are average 3. Chinese management are/can be misled by few Indians for their hidden motives which may not be easily possible if the management is also Indian. The freedom to work outside India is not there as Chinese Management dont allow

It's overall a good MNC... Best part is they hire GETs to give opportunities to the freshers.. But now TBEA is not having DPIIT registration being a chinese company and market drastically came down.... Earlier culture was very good before covid...

Management is very claver to cut the remuneration... Partiality is there obviously... HODs get all the benifits and you will work but the award pay will go to your HOD's pocket... 3 level of hierarchy... Chinese Top Management then HOD then lower levels or GET to get suck...
