Increment ratio is quite less than the other company. Promotion is also quite late. But job satisfaction and stability is perfect.

Work life balance is completely horrible and salary offered at the time of joining is different what you getting at month end. They hide medical compansation part. They call Area HR but treat like entry level recruiter. Pure end to end recruitment.

●If u r a hardworking person this company is not for u. Your work will not get appraised by your seniors. All the senior management is in the race of taking credits of others and putting blames on their juniors. ●Rating is one of the wonderful things happen with me.
