There's nothing liked in taurus bpo, there was our 15 members batch 3 months ago but currently 3 are working and 12left , so I hope You got what I want to say

They will force you to work 8+ hrs, and without knowing will give fatals and ZTP, so that You can left the company, if I talk about TL and manager , then all were for just politics , after that there's exotel dialer here on this basis you will get salary, so we have to seat on dialer 8+ hrs but this tls manager are not taking any calls so this people's even was active night also, so simple these mangers were getting double salary doing nothing and we employees are donkey workers, if u still have doubt then atleast join.....Read More

There is all good but there is a system issue like unnecessarily paused time was increasing unnecessarily they are putting half day bcoz of system issue we doesn't completed our logged hrs even we wait till 8 o clock still logged hrs showing incomplete and salary was debited and so many things salary issue they are debiting our salary that's it

The is quite interesting I struggle a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session I learn everything on the job and I take the 1 year experience letter it's my second job but I like it
