I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Job is secure until employee don't do anything wrong. Work pressure not so hard. Management is very weak and company policy is healthier for employees but they paid salary lately.

Salary is decent but comes very late and no increment. Career growth is slow. On the job PD training is given.

Teammates are good but there is no policy for teachers. Organization is suffering from fund deficiency and extreme regionalism and nepotism.

The question should have been a bit different. You should have asked What do you don't like about working at Taurian. I would have listed so many things.

Dislikes

Everything. No job security, No appraisal. No satisfaction. Even if anything is written in the offer letter is manipulated. The Chairman is the worst who is only self centered. There is only his vision and no vision for the school.
