First of all this is neither A pharma company nor they follow QMS ,5S,GLP,TQM nothing....so your exp. Is just useless like your value in this company. You'll always find a joyous people there.. about 1 or 2 in whole workforce..

People don't have self respect or dignity...like GM (includes director) like designated man using abusive language thinking himself as best. If you are hoping a better salary there ask for maximum net pay...as HR people are once local vendors😀(pro in bargening and emotional damage). Last,I guess they avoid qualified people and AGMhr lean towards a specific region. Especially, there are even ITI people working using fake B Sc degree where they can't even tell about which subject they have in there semesters😃😃...
