Hi all I have 9 years experience. I have received offer from chennai company OEM Payroll of 16.5 lpa. My current company TTL (working at Tata motors) Pune wants to retain me at 15.5lpa. I m basically from from Maharashtra. Please guide I am family person working in Pune is more easy for me , but want to think from long term career perspective as well. Currently working in service company TTL for OEM Tata motors ( routine work). But now I getting OEM Payroll with good salary. Considering career and family balance points of view. what should be the good option out of two.

Working in Tata technologies enhanced my knowledge of softwares & soft skills where as deputed in Tata Motors gives emence exposure in hardware i.e a good vehicle knowledge.

Dislikes

As being a service provider company we have to follow both companies (Tata technologies as well as Tata Motors i.e our client)rules & regulations.
