It's terrible to work as a BFSI Facilitator as it is short term course. Except cleaning the Toilet, you have to work as a facilitator, Mobiliser, Admin, System hardware and operator. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
