Again sometimes the advantage becomes the disadvantage, at times you might feel that there must have been some intervention from the Sr. management or some kind of support from the Center, but as mentioned, no one monitors or tracks you which becomes a demerit if someone within the Organization is trying to harass or trouble you. In the TATA STRIVE have less growth not careto employee, and also they giving appraisal very bad, regional manager are not a good boss and not also good leader, he always treated like he is very good and always demotivate the employee, also ready to take revenge. Culture is very toxic, management is very careless, they dnt know what's going on ground level, they also not talk with employees about the concern, HR is always slow, they replied very slow on mail.
