In the TATA STRIVE have less growth not careto employee, and also they giving appraisal very bad, regional manager are not a good boss and not also good leader, he always treated like he is very good and always demotivate the employee, also ready to take revenge. Culture is very toxic, management is very careless, they dnt know what's going on ground level, they also not talk with employees about the concern, HR is always slow, they replied very slow on mail. Working environment is good at Delhi centers. The only thing that is very concerning is the Appraisals. Policies are very good.

Dislikes

There are very less appraisals and they do not provide any bonus even during the Diwali festival.
