Jon security is good, work culture is familiar, management is transparent and supportive, company policy is good.

Till now there is Bhushan steel employees are working as a HOD and have a good talent of politics. They always does partiality during appraisals grading. They always gives the good grade only that employees who is very close with them. They always disobey the safety rules and taking forcefully job from workers without care of safety rules.

Work Details

The work life was good but due to HOD ( Bushan Steel) .They are spoiled the work culture of Tatasteel. If company transfer the old HOD from recent location the work culture become good.
