Tata culture is being destroyed day by day strategically, don't know what is the game and who are all behind this. But morale is all time low in employees all around the disciplines and corners. HR policy is getting worst, third class ideas are being implemented to cut employee perks and comfort just to save some penny.

Worst HR culture, Boss culture, Buttering all around. Hard workers are not getting rewarded generally. List is very long. Now, they don't need quality in people, they want only cheap labour.

Culture has worsened like anything. Appraisal is based on oiling, not dedication. Inefficient and ineffective people are promoted to higher positions. Work systems are getting complicated day by day. Bribery is prospering under the hood of transparency. However survey results are manipulated to get award for Employer of Choice.

Good only if you are from a good collage. Your previous experience means nothing to them. If you want promotion, you have to apply to the other department of which you have zero knowledge. A mare 2 year old trainee will become your boss. All management trainee got high ego issue.

Too much tension about the job security recently. Tension of getting failed in medical examinations and the salary hike for the new joinees.

Salary to Non OPR is very less and not providing accommodation facilities to their employess. Also salary increment very less. Specially in TSM other facilities like in other Tata like TSJ and TSK it is not available here.
