Dislikes

Salary/appraisals very poor, have been working since 2013 on same post. Mundane work culture, everthing is chargeble from transport to tea all are chargeble, worst cafeteria.

Work Details

Very boring and mundane.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
