Its a totally officer based company..If a person joined as a worker at Tatasteel of any branch then the person will retired in sm place..no changes no transfer. Promotion structure of a worker's also not good.I think this is a vry bad abt tata steel..Worker's no carrier development. This company develop only their officer and managment. Highly discrimination. Medical facilities are also poor

The company grabs the latest technology as soon as its launched. I am in such a department where the availability of the plant should be 23 -24hrs a day. Client's requirements are fulfilled within time limits
