Very nice workplace to work here. And Safety is taken full care of this company. There is good facilities of house and electricity and water to live here. There have normal medical facilities.

Dislikes

The promotion policy of the company is very bad. There is no respect for knowledgeable employees . The ones who do the work are mentally pressurize the most. No matter how much good work you do, no one is going to appreciate it.

There is a lot of politics in internal community management doesn't address our issues.salary is very poor.medical facilities not satisfaction.contracter don't follow safety.complain to production manager don't any action to contractor.

If you want do your work without satisfying superiors you can do it and you will find co workers at different levels looking at you with respect,but don't expect any special rewards. No longer it is Tata iron and steel now it is TATA STEEL.

Dislikes

A number of person is more concerned about satisfying their superiors beyond the scope of their work and they are rewarded in different manner. Obviously human nature. Overall is Ok.
