*SALARY STRUCTURE IS NOT GOOD. **QUATER ROOM NOT PROVIDED BY COMPANY. **PARENTS ARE NOT INCLUDING IN MEDICAL FACILITIES. ** YEARLY INCREMENT IS VERY POOR. **NO NIGHT DUTY ALLOWENCE PROVIDED! **DRINKING WATER QUALITY IS NOT HEALTHY. **MOST OF BATHROOM AND LATRENE ARE NOT CLEAN. ** NOT GETTING ANY TOUR ALLOWENCE. ** CANTEEN PRICE RATE IS HIGH.

Training period was so chill and overall we learnt nothing in the Learning and Development Department. Maximum of the department is controlled by female employees and they get promoted faster without doing anything. Apologies for saying not doing anything, By doing tremendous among of A** licking. Disclaimer all the benifits are for female even in same post men get worse benifits than junior female employees. 9 out of 10 events are conducted for females and remaining 1 is also taken up by female as male employees don't get time for other activities or are not available or are not allowed by the department. 5 star for job security is only applicable if you are not targeted and fired in an dishonouring manner....Read More
