No bonus, no feedback ever asked from employee about superears. Salary and positions have great difference among same team. One person getting 5 lakhs another getting 15 lakhs for same job. People working in same positions from last 10 years.

Manager doing recording of youre voice on phone with out you’re knowledge. Manager says to his team if don’t perform then you have to demotivate who’s performing best & that is huge lost if companies
