Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.

TATA Sikorsky is one of the finest companies in the world where you get to learn about complete manufacturing process of an aircraft components.Before the covid-19 presence itself,the company has taken necessary steps to ensure the safety of their employees by providing sanitiser and temperature check.

Dislikes

I kindly request them to maintain the temperature of the shop floor within 30 degree Celsius.During summer,it becomes too hard for the employees to work under such warm area.

I have always been fascinated about aerospace realm since my childhood.After joining the Sikorsky,I got to know about the importance of designing a components.At this time,I would like to thank Mr.manoj who helped me to gain sufficient knowledge in aero.

1. Medical Facilities are superb 24*7 doctor in Plant as well as cashless till 6Lakhs and above for family members. 2.Peoples are Cooperative in nature for sure they give time to learn if your a fresher 3.Can learn the Systematic approach & as well as systematic documentation system
