Job Security : Doubtful Nature, Employees are working with fear with insecure on their jobs. Work Culture: Till 2012 we have seen Tata Culture in the organisation. Since then, there is no Tata Culture prevailing. Management : Since 2012 New management took over. There is a drastic Leadership Failure seen by me in TPL. MD, CFO and CHRO is not having human touch with employees. They Only talk to professionals who are qualified. Rest of the employees are treated by working labourers. Some of the team mates are good and some are self-fish. Training is in adequate. Job security is not seen now the organisation. Career growth is not seen now. earlier they used to give every three years a promotion. Now if you are qualified as CA, ICWA or MBA only they give promotion. You see I got 11 promotions from 1986 to 2014 through am just M.Com and M.A.PPM.Salary/appraisal is not satisfactory since there is no job security. Too many dislikes, They give a salary package which may attract you but they are not giving any other benefits, which will reduce your actual package. It will only look higher in numeric term but increase your cost of living at project sites. Your tax liability will also be increased as the CTC is higher compared to similar organisations. Don't get into trap of position, as they give higher position at supervisory role. No respect will be given for your experience. Poor working culture. They will even not provide you the basic requirement such as PPEs. Often employees are purchasing their own PPEs. No work life balance, even off during public holidays are not given.
