Very unethical meetings culture.. like they ask to attend meeting after working hours, and if not attend, they will count those ubsent meeting days which will then use to judge incriment of salary... It Really sucks....

Mostly tata project ltd company deputed his surveyor/engineer to other companies (client) for execution or quality control. And 90% employees are in ofroll with corrival and other agency. There is so difficult to live with family becouse site will change according to requirement.

I am in third party means off-roll , and provide job for 1 year contract. So there is no job security. Working culture will according to client. We can not live with family becouse site will change.
