Poor and Toxic work culture at CMRL projects due to Top management issues . Dont care about Staff and workmen welfare measures. All Govt Holidays also need to work day and night. They will not provide the Basic PPE's also to staffs .

Being part of Tata group policies of company are very good. Best place for women to work. Salary and promotions are best in the industry.

Policies are being misued very badly. Sincere and hard working people cannot survive in this company. Lots of politics. There is no proper work life balance. For engineering this is not a right place.
