The name Tata is itself a great thing to which u want to associate.The company is very much supportive in bringing and adopting new ideas , new kind of projects and best in implementing good and equal Hr polices.

The company has lot of protocols in vendor and payement releasing issues and for employees growth no growth is possible until to switch and come back
