Many induction system for staff and workmen to get entry -are bit lengthy - which needs to be smooth and short, Need to bring more attitude in organization to work like Contractor somewhere i see Tata Projects Limited need to work, HR Support could have been further extended introduction program for new joiner found missing this brings people more closure.

There is no good working environment, worst work culture, harassment by HR, cheap politics, disappointments, discrimination, no rewards for good people, no job security, no career growth, very poor level of work satisfaction, worst management, no dignity of TATA group, extremely poor payment system to vendor, landlords & subcontractors, so complicated & lengthy process of payments, unwanted favors & support by the management to their own group employees, groupism of management & their supporters, partiality in appraisal system, corrupt management, good people can't survive as their is too much politics at all levels. Very poor communication, not recommending at all to others who are interested to associate with the organization. Worst.....worst....worst......Read More
